Return Policy
The majority of the products on our stores are custom produced exactly to the size and color specifications for your order. Returns will only be accepted within 7 business days of receipt of order for unworn and unwashed merchandise. In exchange for the return, we will give a 50% discount toward the same item of a different size and/or color. Alternatively, store credit will be given for the 50% value of the returned item. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Colorworks and for the return shipping of the new order. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Please call Colorworks Customer Service Team to make arrangements for the item to be picked and an order will be placed to immediately replace your merchandise.
