Exchange Policy

The majority of the products on our stores are custom produced exactly to the size and color specifications for your order. We will accept exchanges for different sizes and/or colors where available. Exchanges will be made at Back To School Night. Credits will only be given for desired sizes that are not available. Credit will be given by way of Store Credit. If an exchange needs to be made AFTER Back to School Night, the exchanges must be made within 7 business days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Colorworks and for the return shipping of the new order.

Exchanges for defective merchandise must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Please call Colorworks Customer Service Team to make arrangements for the item to be picked up and an order will be placed to immediately replace your merchandise.
